Store Configuration - Credit Card Processor

LifeSaver Software Cloud supports multiple integrated credit card processors. If you are new to LifeSaver Software, you can have integrated processing with LifeSaver Software Payments. If you have been with LifeSaver Software for a while, you might be integrated with Dejavoo, Cayan, or Vantiv. We still support those integrations, but are no longer setting up new ones with those processors. We have built LifeSaver Software Payments to be an ideal processing solution for Frame-industry stores. Contact LifeSaver Software Support staff if you have questions.

To access the credit card processor setup area of the LifeSaver Software software, click the Store Configuration button on your Home page and then click the Credit Card Processor tab.  

 

Understanding the Credit Card Processor Tab

  1. Merchant Processor - LifeSaver Softwarecurrently offers credit card processing through LifeSaver Software Payments. If you have already been set up with integrated processing for Dejavoo, Cayan, or Vantiv, we continue to support that integration, but we are no longer setting up new ones for those processors. Select LifeSaver Software Payments in the drop-list to get started with your setup. You should have an account set up before you link them in the LifeSaver Software software. 
  2. Turn off integrated credit card processing - Select this checkbox if you do not want to use integrated credit card processing at your store. 

 

LifeSaver Software Payments

With LifeSaver Software Payments, you can eliminate multiple systems and easily accept payments online and in-store. The plug-and-play terminal system makes setup quick and easy.

If you want to use LifeSaver Software Payments, click the link labeled #6 above and fill out the form. A Hardware Specialist will contact you and walk you through the setup. If you are new to LifeSaver Software Payments it is likely this page has already been configured for you.

  1. Account Name – Enter your LifeSaver Software Payments account name, provided to you by LifeSaver Software Payments, in this field.
  2. Add Terminal – Click this button to add a payment terminal to use for taking payments. This will add the Terminals section and Delete button to the window (as shown in the image above). 
  3. Terminal Name – Enter the name of your terminal in this field. 
  4. Terminal ID – Enter an identifier for your terminal in this field.
  5. Delete – Click this button to delete a terminal. 
  6. Click here to learn more… – Click this link to go to a website about the LifeSaver Software Payments option. This opens in a new tab or window. Fill out a form to learn more. A Hardware Specialist will contact you with more information. 
  7. Save – Click this button to save your credit card processor setup.
